QMS Hydrating Toner

The moisturizing formulation was specially designed to clarify and refresh the skin while neutralizing its pH value.

The Hydrating Toner contains witch hazel water that regulates sebum production and soothes the skin. D-Panthenol intensively moisturizes and regenerates the skin, while sorbitol and glycerin help store moisture in the skin. For particularly moisturizing and clarifying cleansing.

Application: 

Apply in the morning and evening after cleansing. Moisten a cotton pad with Hydrating Toner and gently spread over the face, neck, and neckline. Avoid contact with the eyes.

Ingredients: 

Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Panthenol, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Allantoin, Propanediol, Sorbitol, Tocopherol, Sodium Lauriminodipropionate, Sodium Gluconate, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Parfum (Fragrance), Citric Acid, BHT, Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, CI 42090 (Blue 1).
